Olivia and Wiley had the most romantic engagement session at Filoli Gardens! We were able to capture so many photos with a ton of different backgrounds! Filoli Gardens
Filoli Gardens is a beautiful property located in the Bay Area. According to their website the property is considered one of the finest remaining country estates of the 20th century, featuring a 54,000+ square-foot mansion, 16 acres of beautiful gardens, a 6.8-acre Gentleman’s Orchard, and hundreds of acres of Natural Lands with 5 distinct ecosystems and a 1-mile Estate Trail. It is seriously the perfect location for photos! So when Olivia and Wiley decided to take their engagement photos here, I was beyond excited. There is a fee to enter the garden, however, it is worth it! The diverse background makes your engagement photos seem like you took photos at multiple locations while staying in one location.
Olivia and Wiley’s Engagement Session
Throughout the session, I had the pleasure of capturing beautiful film photos of Olivia and Wiley, adding an extra layer of charm to their engagement shoot. We kicked off the session in front of the garden mansion, the walls were surrounded by branches that added a touch of magic to the photos. We then started making our way into the Filoli Gardens and we stopped to take photos at the pool pavilion and the green lush was the perfect background.
Olivia’s choice of a flowing white dress perfectly complemented the weather and added movement to their photos! Additionally, her dress perfectly complemented Wiley’s outfit. Towards the end of the session, we found ourselves in a field of wildflowers, where I captured some of my favorite shots of the day! Throughout the shoot, Olivia and Wiley were a dream to work with! You can see how in love they are by these photos and I am so happy I was able to capture these special moments for them!
