Katie and David had such a playful and romantic photo shoot for engagement right on their family’s private estate in Santa Rosa, California! Their wedding will actually take place here in May 2023, and I am so beyond excited for them! How many couples can say they took their engagement photos at the same location they plan to get married? Not many! I’m so excited to capture their love this May and explore all of the different spots on the property that is perfect for portraits!

I adored how playful and fun these two were together, but also how romantic the photoshoot was! It really reiterates the idea that you can do something completely different for your photo shoot for engagement! You can have it in your own backyard or at the venue where you’ll be getting married! For Katie and David, it’s both! I think it’s so unique. This private estate in Santa Rosa is so dreamy. It has a nice underground pool, with a large patio space, a spaciously kept lawn, and even beautiful palm trees all around the property. I just know that it will be so perfect for Katie and David’s wedding come this May. There are so many spots to take pictures, and this private estate gets stunning golden-hour views. What more can you ask for?
